Because each Motion Collection item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.

Please review the size information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
